    Hospitality & Leisure

    Interim Hospitality Management

Experienced operational leadership for hotels, holiday parks, pubs, restaurants and leisure venues that need experienced management of the day-to-day operation.

    What AJS Does

    Operational responsibility, not recommendations.

Hospitality operations do not pause while a leadership issue, restructuring process or insolvency appointment is resolved. Guests arrive, staff need direction, suppliers need managing and compliance obligations continue.

AJS steps into the business and runs it. That means being on site, leading the existing team, holding standards, controlling labour and cost, and reporting clearly to owners, lenders or the appointed office holder.

    • Onsite general management of hotels, parks and venues
    • Rotas, staffing structures and payroll controls
    • Guest operations, bookings and complaint handling
    • Food, beverage and stock controls
    • Supplier management and continuity of supply
    • Licensing, health and safety and statutory compliance

    When You May Need AJS

    • Sudden departure of a general manager or operations lead
    • Underperforming site requiring hands-on leadership

    FAQs

    Common questions

How quickly can an interim hospitality manager start on site?
In most cases an experienced hospitality operator is on site within 24–72 hours of the first conversation. Urgent situations are triaged by telephone the same day so the immediate priorities — staffing, licensing cover, guest commitments and supplier continuity — are handled before anyone travels.
Can you cover a designated premises supervisor or personal licence gap?
Yes. Where a departure leaves a licensing gap, we assess what is required to keep each venue lawfully trading and either provide appropriately qualified cover or work with the office holder and licensing authority to put it in place quickly.
Do you manage a single venue or a group of sites?
Both. We deploy a single interim general manager into one hotel, park or venue, or a wider management team across a regional or national estate, matched to the scale of the operation and the reporting the stakeholders require.
