Adam's experience includes hospitality, leisure, retail, business centres and complex multi-site operations, covering team leadership, P&L responsibility, customer operations, compliance, suppliers, cost control, mobilisation and business turnaround.
AJS combines this practical experience with a flexible network of experienced operational managers who can be deployed according to the requirements of each assignment.
