Immediate operational leadership when a business is left without management and the operation cannot be allowed to stop.
What AJS Does
Some situations do not allow time for recruitment. A director resigns overnight, a management team is lost, an appointment is made at short notice, or an operational failure puts trading, safety or customers at risk.
AJS triages the situation by telephone the same day, establishes the immediate priorities and, where appropriate, has an experienced operator on site within 24–72 hours. The first days are spent stabilising people, costs, suppliers, compliance and customers within the agreed scope of authority.
Once the operation is steady, AJS continues to manage day to day and reports clearly to the stakeholders who need to make the longer-term decisions.
